This place is horrible the woman working on my nails drilled a hole in my nail bed causing excruciating pain and my finger to bleed. She refused to provide her name or let me see her cosmetology license. When I asked the other employees they stated they didn't know her name and none of them had a cosmetology license. The woman began arguing with me and told me that it wasn't a big deal that she drilled a hole through my nail bed and I was overreacting. Attached is the woman if anyone knows her name please let me know so I can file a formal complaint with the state.
