Although we had to go to bat with them and get them to negotiate some things, I do appreciate them in getting us A great deal given our extensive headaches with GM. - Chevy Equinox (Los Angeles, California) 2. Muchas gracias por el servicio prestado, recomiendo la firma!!! - Volkswagen (Miami, Florida) 3. I just called for a consultation and was hung up on as soon as the guy said my vehicle didn’t qualify. Shows they don’t actually care about people, and just what money can be made. The guy said “We only work with 2021 vehicles and above” and hung up IMMEDIATELY! Terrible customer service. - Chevrolet (Las Vegas, Nevada) 4. My husband and I have had a long standing issue with our car that was an issue no one can seem to fix and we are at our wits end. We saw the advertisement on instagram and thought let's take a look at the company. We saw their website and thought this company seemed like they could help. We noticed in their site said “Our services are 100% absolutely free of charge. Manufacturers are responsible for covering attorney fees in lemon law cases” so we decided to give them a call thinking that give them a call and we could get 100% of the settlement. The call was decent they told us we have a clear case and should move forward by signing a contract. However he explains to us if we were to move forward we would have to pay 40% from our cash settlement or 15% for the buy-back option. Which is completely contradictory to what their website says. We sent a text to the person I was in contact with regarding the conflicting information and never heard back from him (which definitely didn’t help their case). My husband then had to call the main office and double check to see if the manufacturer says they pay the fees or if we have to pay with our settlement. The person I talked to seemed like he was not aware of what I was talking about when I had mentioned what their website says regarding the attorney fees being paid by the manufacturer and not the client, but he did confirm that we have to still pay. After calling many Lemon Law groups, they seem to all participate in these unethical practices of false advertisement. I would not trust this company and their fake advertising, nor any other law practice that does this. - Audi Q3 (Phoenix, Arizona) 5. I have to give this place 5+ stars and beyond. They are fast and efficient. They fight for you & communicate through the process and give you updates. I was a little hesitant at first but they got the job done. They gave me the result I asked for recommend to any anyone dealing with lemon laws. - Chevrolet (Los Angeles, California) 6. Haven’t heard back from Earl since Nov - Warranty and Extended Warranty (Eagle, Idaho) 7. This review is for Sharora and Sharora alone. If this were a review of the company itself, it would be zero stars—but Sharora deserves full recognition. Sharora went above and beyond at every step. She did everything she possibly could to help, even when the issues were not of her making. She consistently tried to honor her word and the company’s commitments, even when she was not the one who made those promises. That level of integrity and accountability and professionalism is rare. She was always kind, respectful, patient, and responsive, and she genuinely cared about helping and doing the right thing. Sharora is a true asset to this company and should be leading and training anyone who works directly with clients. If more people operated with her level of care and professionalism, the client experience would be dramatically better. Thank you, Sharora, for being amazing and for truly caring.
