The drain flange needed replacing in the guest bathroom shower. It gave him a run for his money, but he got the job done. Thank you, Austin! Tenant water heater leaking. Emergency installation. Tenant water heater was leaking( my worst nightmare) Austin got here we called him in the morning, he was able to get a new water heater installed in just a few hours, nice job! Technician came within time window and said he would need to come back next day due to pilot not staying lit. We asked him to at least clean the pilot probe as we were desperate for hot water with a house full of teens. Justin did what he could and was able to get the system back up in only about 20 minutes and followed up with us the next morning. Justin was awesome. Came out on a Sunday and saved her day. Got our refrigerator working and ice cubes coming out. Yay. Toilet clog. Justin and Parker were awesome. I had a pretty bad toilet clog which revealed itself over the course of 3 days of trying to unclog it, but Justin and Parker didn't give up. They tried every modality they could and eventually hydrojetted the clog out from the roof after hours of trying different methods. It was definitely costly at over $2,000, but not for lack of effort and trying, especially at such an ungodly hour in the morning. Parker is such a well-mannered young man, he even took his shoes off every time before going onto the carpet and left the bathroom clean before leaving. Thank you guys, so happy that horror is over! Austin showed up on time and got the job done! I called on a Sunday evening. The person I spoke with was extremely helpful and friendly. Justin arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He was pleasant and professional. I'm so happy to have a new plumber I can trust. Christmas Plumbing Hero We had a plumbing emergency on Christmas Day. I reached out to them around 4am, by 10am everything was resolved. I cannot recommend Emergency Master Plumbing & Air enough. They truly came in and saved the day. Our plumber was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and gave us a fair price for their services. This is going to be my go-to Plumber from now on. Excellent response I love this company. I called them on a Friday and they're out Saturday morning. I had a shower that would not turn off all the way and they immediately fixed it. Apparently they carry enough parts to take care of almost everything and they cleaned up their mess. Everything works perfect. I am thrilled with their quick response and their price. Thanks, emergency Master plumbers Washer hookup valve replacement negotiation Justin was great by keeping me up to date on his arrival time. We negotiated a deal to replace the wash hook up valves, but to find that price only included "one" valve. I asked Justin to check the hot water valve to be sure that it isn't leaking also. I was told that the valve was good to only find that it also leaks after taking the hose off. Now, I need to call another plumber to fix the other valve. The only reason that I gave 3 stars is that they negotiated a price that I could afford and Justin was so nice. Austin replaced my water heater and filters in my R/O system. Thank you for all you do, great customer service.
