AC broke down in this record heat,i tried to manage for a few days but later advised by my Doc and the property manager to go stay at a hotel while they fix the AC and was promised some discounts for the inconvenience. I ended up spending close to $300 for the hotel and ended up in the hospital cause due to Sickle cell anemia the heat had affected my HMGLBN(had to get blood transfusion) so i was admitted for a week. Later after pleading with them they gave me a whopping $75 off the rent. Out of the $300 and hospital admission which was all due to that AC issue. I never asked for much,just some consideration but this is what i got. The Property manager has always done his best for me over the years but this experience has shocked/clearly shown me how inconsiderate human beings can be of others for paper we put value on. Also lived here for years yet as much as i’ve begged i still have no access to the gym or pool.
