Though some may see the investment process as being a bit "narrow," we believe it is essential to our goal to become the biggest value-generating investment firm possible. We have been pursuing dual missions since our founding. We strive to fulfill our investors and better the communities where we work. We carefully assess the Macro Economic Backdrop to optimize our business plans. To secure all our residents, we then look at different programs that subsidize utilities cuts and environmental impact. Many improvements under our control to reduce emissions and public availability are not traditional value-add strategies, but several investments have made more money because of extra "goodwill" investments due to behavioral economics.
