The last five years I had a diff Atty. I’ve been fighting in court to get custody back of my daughter. I spent over 100K in Atty fees and have not gotten the results that I wanted or were best. The courts does not care what you bring to their attention or if you do. They do not make good decisions for the best interest. I felt so drained and defeated and overwhelmed. I cried so many countless days, and praying. Some days I wanted to give up. But I never did. I kept fighting every day. I’m glad I did. I thought about seeking diff Atty for counsel to represent since my recent years were not successful with my past Atty. So I reached out and spoke to the office. The consultation went well with Shannon, an Atty. She listened to my concerns and she gave advice of how to proceed. I was connected with Nitasha who is my new Counsel. I paid my minimal retainer fee. I was apprehensive to take this issue to court because of my past history with the courts that haven’t been successful. I kept reminding myself that this is what’s best for the child, and it needs to be heard in court for a change. I knew this was my one only chance to get custody back. So I took the leap, and I proceeded. Nitasha is honest. She is kind and realistic. She cares about your case and whats best for the child. No matter how many calls or emails I sent or requested. She never showed she was annoyed with my concerns. She kept me informed every step of the process. Even moreso in the loop than my previous attorney would have done! I felt confident, safe and happy. I got the results that I’ve been wanting for the past five years. I entered into a settlement and didnt have to go to trial. I got custody back of my daughter and I got off child support!!!!! She made it seem so easy and seamlessly. She is very professional and respectful. This was the best decision I ever could’ve made and I only wish I did it sooner. That’s the only thing I’m kicking myself in the butt for. This office does not nickel and dime you like I have seen in the past with my experience with other attorney offices. The price is very reasonable. If I can say one thing is, I recommend this Office, and please request to work with Nitasha! She is phenomenal. She’s very intelligent in many versatile ways. She is such a blessing! she may think that her work was small, but it was huge in my heart. There’s no way I can thank her enough.
