FRAUDED US, USED MISREP/DECEPTIVE PRACTICES, AND RUINED OUR ROOF AND WE HAVE WATER DAMAGE.I HAVE NO WORDS FOR THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND SO IS THEIR LOAN PROVIDER WHO IS CURRENTLY BEING SUED BY MULTIPLE STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS FOR FRAUDULENT AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES REGARDING THEIR SOLAR CONTRACTORS(WHAT A COINCIDENCE). WE HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE AZAG AND THE ROC. WE WON, AND THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR A FRAUD.
If I could I'd give them a negative 10. The only thing they did quickly was get my money it installed a system that was half as powerful as they said they would. After several calls they still have not done anything to either repair replace or enhance the pile of junk they put on my roof. I've already filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau and we will be seeking other actions as needed I really thought they would be a good company to work with as their sales people they're friendly enough but I guess that's where their customer service ended. Very very disappointed in them. I even have a couple friends that keep asking me how they got the solar panels up on my roof because most solar companies will not install solar panels on a manufactured home they did. And that's not the problem the problem problem is their panels don't work so I'll never recommend them to a friend.
