Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary is the reception venue of choice. An elderly family contacted us to discuss funeral arrangements. They spoke of a lifetime spent racing horses. She teased her wife that she would like to ride a live horse into her grave if she could. We arranged for her remains to be transported on horseback by her pals to the cemetery in a velvet sack. As her boots remained in her stirrups, pals and relatives followed behind the horse as it walked to the final resting spot, with their loved one in their arms. It was an extremely emotional experience that everyone will recall.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had! First it took a week for consultation then another 10 days for cremation! I called just now to check and even though I paid for the service and have been representing the family through the whole process this new person would not tell me anything, not even if my sister had been cremated, I am her sister she had to call her daughter. I hope I never have to deal with such non caring people again. We were treated like cattle at an auction. Never again will I ever recommend you Phoenix memorial, in fact his my recommendation is to avoid these people at all costs
