I planned on buying a CleanCut step in shower conversion kit and needed materials using my military discount at Home Depot. Total materials about $500. Home Depot had add professional installation approximately 2 hours. Unfortunately both Home Depot and Lowe's exclusively use ReBath. Sales consultant just left. He said this is a simple job, then insulted me and upset me with a $4000 quote for materials and installation after a veteran discount. Said this is a small job, they don't do cutouts often and the extra cost is because they are number one in country. They are 1 only in star rating in my humble opinion. Find another company to do your work. 3. very satisfied with the end product. 4. Used Re-bath for the second time. Had our bathtub converted to a shower. It's great! Took only 3 days. Turned out exactly how we wanted it. Everyone there is so easy to work with! You can get them on the phone when you call. Would recommend them to anyone! 5. Workers were friendly, respectful of our home and consulted us on details of installation such as towel bar placement and grab bar placements. The contractors (electrical, plumbing & drywall) were meticulous as were the Re-Bath installers. 6. This company delivered on time and performed above and beyond when it came to installation. Everyone from their sales representative, the installers, and management were superb in every way. We are very pleased with the shower they recommended and installed. I will recommend Re-bath whenever I am asked about a company to choose for a bathroom remodel. 7. REBATH was great. From the initial consultation to the build, everything went very smoothly. Very happy with finished product. Highly recommend!! 8. Amazing!! I told my husband we can never move cuz I love my shower! It’s safe , spacious, beautiful, sturdy 9. Brandon and Roman did a nice, efficient job. Left everything clean. 11. They are well trained experts . They know what they are doing . My bathroom has come out of the 50s. Redone from the floor up . 12. Everything went like they said and job they did was outstanding 13. After watching all the TV commercials of the various companies that remodeled bathrooms my common sense told me to choose rebath and help verify my decision I went on to better Business bureau and check them out and it was clear to me that rebath would be the right choice. I was right rebath of the triad did an excellent job the installer Ronnie was amazing great workmanship and very fussy to details also the salesman Brian was very honest and very very thorough and explaining everything no high pressure at all I would highly recommend rebath of the triad, I am 100% totally satisfied. 14. It's always a good day at re-bath hq! 15. Plan on doing some work your self after they leave. I had to remove pin hole size holes in drywall and paint. Also had to put covers around water lines coming thru floor. Could have spent All it would have taken was a little more time on details.
