Efficient and Friendly Team Steven and Alex came out after a neighbor had her carpet cleaned. There was a lot of noise, but it was worth it. They did my 4 bedrooms in less than 2 hours with no mess. They removed old stains and the smell of the house has improved. They explained everything and when they finished, my house looked fresher and smelled even better. It was a good experience. Satisfied Despite the Noise I understand that businesses need to do their job, but this was an unreasonable amount of noise for that long. As a neighbor, I would never use this company’s service knowing how disruptive it is to everyone around the property. If you care about not disturbing your neighbors, I’d look elsewhere. Technology Upgrade I used Steam Master through my neighbor who they did an amazing job on her carpets. After some thinking, I decided to get the tile, the couch, the air ducts, and the carpets done. Everyone needs to know how amazing this company is- I will never use anyone but Steam Master again!
