This is the BEST yoga training I have ever had!!!!!!!! Seriously, I was so scared to do yoga teacher training due to all my injuries and being super out of touch with my personal practice but this training is amazing!!! The structure of the program was so thoughtful and well-paced. The instructors were kind, knowledgeable, and super talented. They supported me with many modifications and suggestions to make the poses manageable despite my physical limitations. Most importantly, they emphasized that everyone is different and all poses can be regular people poses, not just yogi poses. SO IMPORTANT! This program teaches you to teach yoga to anyone, not just the normal yoga people who are already yogis. They also teach you to be extremely sensitive to vulnerable populations and peoples, to be able to teach without a studio setting or yoga studio environment, to be able to choose which style of yoga will benefit the client or student, and why these styles benefit the individual. They also teach you good business practices, how to handle finance... The teacher training and mentorship is also amazing. Kary and her team are the best!
