The communication from Matthew was perfect from beginning to end. I expected it was Going to be a lot like working with insurance in general where no is always the first answer to Every question. I had anxiety and was dreading The Initial meeting. Well, I was VERY WRONG, Judi Is professional and warm and empathetic and reassuring from the moment you walk in that door. And Marc is so efficient so straightforward and direct. He was super organized and honest. He literally under promises and over Delivers. In fact the settlement ended up being a third more than he told us to expect, and it was on time and we didn’t have to jump through any hoops At all. We met with him personally three times and We never felt rushed in fact, conversation with him is so fun and he interjects humor and Is so enjoyable that even after we picked up the check, I told him and my husband I don’t Want to leave.
