ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

EōS Fitness, the gym has numerous pieces of equipment to utilize. However, they keep most of them locked up in different sections so that when you want one, you have to interact with staff, and staff can pitch you a class which is only available during the day. This is very disappointing because I take my fitness very seriously and I think it's unfair to lock up all these pieces of equipment forcing me to interact with you knowingly that there is no class going on at this time since it's 4AM. But I have to take all these for granted with the hope that there is a corporate mandate that made you do this because if it's from the location, then it's unfortunate. I will not take down this review up until you put this matter into consideration. I just need the steps on the floor where they belong. Give your members access to what they’re paying for. It's either you fix the problem or I do it personally, and leave this place forever.
