ABOUT Services Excellence Summary

Customer Feedback Summary 1. Girlfriends call this the dirty gym Because it is pretty gross. They don't clean very well and typically there's no paper towels to wipe down equipment. 2. Shoutout to Rob and the front desk for being cool people! 3. I had gym membership here less than week and I had to cancel it because I was moving back home where there isn't any EOS's and they still charged me over 100 bucks to cancel. Would not recommend this place. Also good luck getting on the phone with anyone here. They don't return calls and outsourced their customer service overseas 4. Tyler at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. 5. Tyler is great and very helpful with my account. As a side note, bathrooms need more attention. 6. EOS you guys have serious cleaning problems and nothing has improved. Here is the sauna floors that are never cleaned, the sauna is so gross. And I presented the front desk with about a 3 foot swipe how nasty it is. Clean the freaking gym. It is disgusting. Clean the freaking turf. 7. EŌS & Natalie are awesome!!! 8.
