Reviews from 123 Remodeling customers: What an excellent job 123 Remodeling has done! Saying "WOW" is the only way to start this review. The first impression upon entering the home was that it was dark, closed off, and kind of chopped up. After a couple of sessions with Rhonda, the opening-up phase--light, bright, open, and clean--began to take effect. Her ability to interpret what we wanted and put it to paper was impressive. She bid construction costs, and we added quality as she desired. Perfect!! This is a five-month project, so there are going to be hiccups. However, every team member on this project wants it perfect; they are all Team Rhonda and the client. Marvelous. Everything was completed at the highest possible level. 123 Remodeling consistently delivered highly skilled personnel to complete tasks. There were a few times during the project when I wanted to change something. The change order process was straightforward, and the cost was based on the actual cost of making the change, not some arbitrary value. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with throughout the project; she is clear in her design vision and can translate my vision into reality. The project lead, Christian, was excellent. He was always available and led the crew to ensure the project was completed beautifully. Jenny provided all procurement.
