Gary and Marissa take the time to really understand our practice and growth plan and work to put together a plan that will get us there. We are still early, but like the direction we are going. Thank you Big Mouth! 2. Used these guys a few years back when they did webinars. Great for money is no object but not so much for a small company in its early days. 3. After a bad experience with a competitor, I was relieved to start working with Big Mouth Marketing. Gary and his team do a great job communicating, breaking things down in understandable ways, and using their years of experience to help grow not only your business but you as a business owner. I look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with BMM! 4. Over promised and under delivered equaling losses to my company in the hundreds of thousands and absolutely zero return on investment. If you are looking for creativity in your marketing, industry expertise, transparency, or even just results...look elsewhere because Big Mouth Marketing is not it. They talk a good game but severely lack results that are extremely time consuming and expensive. Response to Owner The fact that you are surprised by my feedback only shows me how little you know about my business as well as how poorly your services performed over my multi-year engagement with your company. Numbers are numbers Gary. It does not take a mathematician to know that losing 20k a month using your services equates to an extremely unsatisfied customer. I have engaged with you no more than a handful of times working with your company so you were never a point of contact for me, despite the tone of your response as if you were. My company grew and performed well because of the reputation of my firm and the knowledge and dedication of my attorneys and staff. I have no problem giving credit where credit is due. I gave you my trust and business, and unfortunately, you failed me in both. Your advertising efforts produced absolutely no return for my company (to the tune of a quarter million dollar loss). In my industry there is a difference between quality and quantity. The fact that you associate an increase in the number of phone calls, to your company doing its job is completely tone deaf. Your company did very little to understand my demographic and very little to tailor a customized marketing campaign to capture my ideal demographic. That is blatantly obvious in the results. So instead of trying to explain away what you think you did for my company, why don't you actually listen to what I have said, take the criticism and dissatisfaction of my experience with your company, and dedicate your time and efforts into understanding how to better your marketing efforts to avoid this happening with another customer. 5. Both Gary and Adam were good to work with. Serious value on promoting good marketing strategies. Helping me build out a plan to successfully build a strong and lasting firm. 6. I have seen this company present at two different events I have gone to. They are always organized, knowledgeable, and explain things in a simple way. Really know what they are doing! 7. Hired them in August and unfortunately they were unable to get me any leads, let alone the few they were confident they could get me each month. They have now come around to my way of thinking that my market is extremely competitive (something I told them at the beginning) and now they are blaming my budget (which we agreed would get me some lead) on not getting any leads. Since we all agreed that the campaign was not working, I had hoped to get some pro rated refund since I paid for a full month in advance and had two weeks left when we stopped the campaign and they said no. 8. Big Mouth Marketing is without a doubt the single best legal marketing service in the entire country. I have the privilege of dealing with hundreds of attorneys as the founder of FLN and Big Mouth Marketing is the preeminent and best legal marketing firm in the country. 9. Gary and Big Mouth Marketing have been great for us, particularly at articulating and marketing our firm's unique selling proposition, which we struggled with for years. They know what they're doing and really made sure that we were pleased with the work product. I've dealt with a lot of marketing folks and they're the best! First class all the way. 10. Big Mouth Marketing, through Gary Musler, is the best legal marketing I know. As the owner of Probate Litigation, I have worked with hundreds of attorneys and have come into contact with dozens of legal marketing agencies, and Big Mouth Marketing, through Gary Musler, has set the standard on how to help attorneys grow their practice. Gary's website and communication has helped me understand what I need to do in order to be successful now as well as in the future. Gary and I had about an hour and a half phone call and he was very easy to talk to the whole time. Highly recommend his services. 11. Holy cow these guys are on top of their game! Extremely responsive and knowledgeable! My account supervisor Marissa is always on top of things and taking the time to explain to me my business metrics. Natasha is a google marketing expert and also just as on top of things and responsive. So thankful to have found Big Mouth Marketing 12.
