Recent Customer Praise: Kitchens by Good Guys did a full home remodel for us 5 years ago. The experience was top notch from start to finish. Today the hybrid water heater/heat pump that was installed during our remodel began to leak. We called Erin Robert and she sent Ron out the same day to inspect the water heater. He determined it was a manufacturer warranty issue. He immediately ordered a new water heater for us. Removed the old unit and had the new one installed the same day. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We have nothing but percent satisfaction with Good Guys service and workmanship. An amazing business to work with Great customer service, very unique product. Kitchen by good guys are very professional I went here the other day and they have a stunning showroom. All of the staff is phenomenal and Erin was so helpful and seems to really care about the work she does. Awesome company, ton of experience in residential remodels! Amber and Simone were fantastic to work with - very responsive and had great ideas. Sid also went above and beyond. None held a candle to the professionalism, knowledge, quality cabinetry, kindness, amazing ideas and confidence that we experienced with Simone & Emily. This team of professionals helped with everything from deciding which cabinets, hardware, countertops, colors and placement would work best for our family. Absolute best service around. I LOVE LOVE my new kitchen and couldn't be more pleased with the service and how everything turned out. I love the lighting on the cabinets and how they made a cutting board for me out of the countertops. Highly recommended!!!! We chose Kitchens By Good Guys to remodel our AZ home. This included the kitchen, master and guest bathrooms, re-pipe plumbing, new flooring, and new paint throughout the home. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice. I can't say enough about their fantastic team! Emily and Simone helped us make design choices for the house and were extremely easy to work with. They went out of their way to find what we were looking for! As far as the remodel itself, we were out of town while it was taking place. Still, everything went better than we could have imagined. Things were done according to a set schedule and the guys took pictures of everything so we could give our input if necessary. The guys were always extremely polite and accommodating. We are so pleased with the quality of work done by Dan and his crew. We highly recommend Kitchens By Good Guys! Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!! Very good to work with and very good service. Cost was more than we anticipated but reasonable compared to others.
