DaBella Customer Revival and Customer Centricity Client Feedback Summary 1. Nathan came out to go over replacing my windows. He was awesome and professional. He helped me purchase 18 new windows. He helped me pick out the right windows for me. Thank you, DaBella.2. Vince and Nathan are AWESOME! They are very professional. They give you a lifetime warranty. Happy to get DaBella windows.3. Vince and Thomas gave a professional demonstration in our new Glasswing windows. They took extra time to make it affordable. From the Chandler office. Thank you Dabella!4. They called Us on a Friday night at 830pm for telemarketing. We have told them a few times, We replaced our entire roof less than 5 years ago. But they continue with high pressure sales and late night calls during the week. I would never do business with them. Stop calling Us5. Window installers came into my house and installed 18 windows and I found a hole on the wall where the TV sits. We reached out to them so they can fix it. No response at all6. RESEARCH AND LOOK AT ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS TO KNOW THAT THESE GUYS ARE AGGRESSIVE AND BAD NEWS ESPECIALLY FOR THE ELDERLY. I will never work with this company and I suggest no one else does too because they don’t care about you, they just want to farm compliments and upsell everything. He is extremely aggressive and demeaning. My parents found this guy online and he came over and disrespected our entire family. He was trying to farm for compliments on himself and the company the ENTIRE TIME. Refused to give us pricing then said he could be somewhere else instead of wasting his time. I said we’d just give him a call since he didn’t want to give a price and he responded with “I’d rather you not’. Disgusting behavior. Extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this company. I have never experienced such immaturity and unprofessionalism from any company before. His statements were so uncomfortable and aggressive that I feel unsafe now that I’ve let him in my parent’s home. So much that if I ever see that man around my house, i will be calling the cops. I went online and found so many horror stories and crazy reviews from this company. I feel awful that they took advantage of my elder parents and ended up in our home. These guys need to be shut down if all their workers are like the guy I met today.7. Met with Vince for window replacement and he is very professional and knowledgeable about windows. The presentation of the glass wings was very informative. If you need windows Vince at DaBella Chandler is your person!8. Love the lifetime warranty. Nathan K and Jonathan N were terrific and I am beyond excited to get my new windows and sliding glass door. Highly recommend! If you call them ask for Nathan he will take great care of you.9. Philip was really kind and helpful with my quote. I would recommend Dabella, sounds like they have really quality products.10. I recently worked with Vince from DaBella to get set up with a new window, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Vince was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with from start to finish. He took the time to explain all my options, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure the entire process went smoothly.
