Weathersby Windows & Doors Customer Feedback Summary 1. Weathersby did an excellent, courteous, and very Professional quality workmanship. Cleaned up both inside and out. Would highly recommend. 2. I had my small sliding glass door changed to a large 4 panel Milguard door by Weathersby a few years ago. The whole process from ordering until installation went well and so was their customer service. Recently I had to order a part and the service was still exceptional.3. I was very pleased with my recent purchase and installation of windows and doors at one of my properties in Tempe. Mike Lentini was extremely helpful in selecting the right products, and Chris, who managed and coordinated the installation, was very responsive to all of my questions and follow-up. The installation crew did an excellent job—Kirk and Bubba were professional and efficient, and the results look great. I was very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend this company. 4. The customer service leading up to the install was great. Crystal was on top of it when it came to scheduling. Leon did an amazing job with the install. He was on time and was very efficient and clean throughout the whole process. Very happy with everything.5. From the first conversation we had with Chris to the finish of the job with the install crew our experience exceeded expectations! They helped us choose the best option for a handful of windows we replaced as well as previously a French door for our patio. Communication was spot on and the install crew did an incredible job making the experience minimally invasive and the final product looked like the new windows had always been there. We were so impressed we are currently looking at fast tracking our next phase of window replacements and adding a second slider out to our patio. I’d recommend Weathersby for any window/door jobs you are considering!6. The installation team was wonderful and very attentive to details making sure that the window and three doors were in perfect condition before and after installation.7. Everyone from Mike, the salesman, who was the first person we saw and was so very honest and fair with us, not trying to up sell or gouge, his presentation cinched the deal..we had 3 other companies come out. Than, Kirk and Bubba installed the windows and doors. They were very professional and I could tell that Kirk is very meticulous and honest about his work. Chris came out to check on everything, which we thought was very professional as well Overall, we are thrilled with this company and it's service they provided and with our new windows and doors.9. Update: I had an amazing tech named Robby come up from Tucson to fix the remaining issues. I am very thankful and believe that the company went above and beyond to make this right for me. My windows look great now. I changed my rating from one star to three-installation experience was a one, but Robby and the company itself gets a five. Original Review: I had a terrible experience with Weathersby windows. I had originally wanted and asked for all 24 of my windows to come with Sunmatrix. I was told that it would make my house “permanently dark” so I opted to only get it on two windows. I also wanted to take advantage of the SRP rebate so I asked if the windows qualified and I was told yes. After getting my windows I found out that half of them didn’t qualify for the rebate, and the two windows with the Sunmatrix weren’t dark at all. I am frustrated with the misinformation I was given, but that isn’t the worst issue I have. My installation was horrible! I’m adding photos of what my stucco, drywall and windowsills looked like after the install. I had to call and complain in order to get someone out to fix them, and while they look a little better after the fix, they still look worse than before the install. The caulking job is messy and uneven on almost every single window and that didn’t get fixed. I also have a window that is crooked and was told that it was crooked before the install and there wasn’t much that could be done. Really? You install a crooked window because that’s how it was? I also found a bunch of nails, splinters and stucco inside my house, the picture was taken 2 days after install, but since then I’ve found more. Overall a stressful and frustrating experience. I gave one star because at least a small attempt was made to fix things, but the bottom line is I would never recommend this company. I’m extremely unhappy with the results.13. Everything and everyone was honest and professional from Alex, our sales rep to the installers. We're very glad we chose Weathersby.14. Entire process from start to finish regarding obtaining replacement windows for our home was an excellent experience. All staff were professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. Timelines given were spot on regarding ordering and installation. Installation and cleanup was done efficiently. We were extremely pleased with the cost and all aspects of service. We do not hesitate to recommend this company.15. We had a great experience with Weathersby Windows & Doors. We hired them to replace two 40-year old, single-pane, aluminum windows and two sliding patio doors with Anlin low-E vinyl windows and doors. They did a great job on the installation and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the quality of the windows and doors. Not only that, but the pricing was very fair. We initially had two remodel companies come out to quote for the replacement and both used high pressure sales tactics to try to get us to sign a contract the same day, and even after repeatedly dropping their price by thousands of dollars, both companies were $5k higher than Weathersby's initial, no pressure quote.
