Junk King - Tucson Client Feedback Review: 1. I found Junk King in Tucson, Arizona and it was an amazing experience. I was in a serious bind due to the incompetence of another hauler. The man at Junk King was so nice and so accommodating to me. He jumped through hoops and got me on his schedule on very short notice. He made everything happen for me and it all worked out great. Andrew and Reddel hauled the couch away and were so nice. I will be contacting Junk King for all my future needs and highly advise Junk King. You guys are the BEST! Thank you for providing incredible customer service again. 2. Pros: Mitchell, Danny, and Andrew provided outstanding service from the beginning of the process to the completion. A simple bed removal task grew into a full backyard clean-up in which over 100 bins and other trash had accumulated there for over 2 years. They added another truck for the speedy removal, dubbed a hack we thought would take us about 6-8 hours was completed in under 2 hours. They also did a great job by the way. Picking up broken bin pieces, sweeping the back patio area, and clearing out extras like an old tire, a grill, and an unassembled basketball hoop. They discussed which items I'd like to keep before throwing away anything else. Pricing was simple. There were no gimmicks or surprises. The estimate was reasonable. Cons: None. I have absolutely nothing. Negative to share. This went smoothly from the initial estimate to the final sweep of the patio. Overall: Junk King Tucson surpassed all expectations. This was more than just a junk removal service; this was an emotional win. I have held onto those items for several years. This team assisted me in letting go. Their professionalism, friendliness, and the fact that no one thought to sweep the cobwebs away, all of this was catastrophic. I am planning to call them again to clear out my garage.
