#1 (5-star review): Johnny is a property miracle worker! Invading, invasive invasives! Johnny and his crew cleaned up our long neglected property on the outside and, now, they are working on the inside. He pulled out three large dumpsters of invasives, trimmed all the remaining plants and trees, and just generally made the place look new. The next step was replacing the ancient carpet with beautiful new flooring and fixing and replacing plumbing. He is an amazing guy and his crew is careful and respectful. From the get-go, Johnny was responsive, flexible with timelines and cost-transparent, and good about keeping me in the loop. His whole crew was hardworking, respectful, and detail-oriented and they really made the place shine. They did flooring, painting, fixtures, finishes, and everything else it needed with competence and care. The before/after pics are like night and day. If you value reliability, skill, and pride in workmanship, you would be wise to hire Johnny and this team. I will definitely be calling them again for my other projects.
