At the School of Art, we are on a mission to equip students for professions in Studio Art, Art History, and Art and Visual Culture Education that will continue to evolve in a diverse and technological landscape. Our undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs at the School of Art not only promote critical thinking in all learning areas, but they also integrate creative and scholarly research achievements. We also aim to widen and diversify our curriculum and program range. At the School of Art, you will be stimulated by and immersed in the expertise of faculty and peers across studios and scholarly fields. The studio and scholarly sections – 2D Studies, 3D & Extended Media, Photography | Video | Imaging, Illustration, Design, and Animation, Art History, and Art & Visual Culture Education – are all essential to the School and add distinct elements that help revitalize the School's mission, reputation, and spirit as we prepare for an inspiring and promising future.
