He came on time, communicated with me throughout the fix, and did not leave until he also fixed a second leak he discovered. 2. Bryan was wonderful. He gave me lots of choices and heads-up on what to expect, and he was through. Bryan completed on time and made sure I was comfortable with the work. I will refer 1-Tom Plumber to my loved ones! Thanks a million Bryan. 3. Mike & Eddie came with a very friendly attitude and apologized for arriving late do to the work they had just done else where. They were both friendly and knowledgeable and honest on the job that had to be done in my home. They work great together as as a team. They were quick on getting the job done and cleaning up as well. I've never used this company before '1 Tom Plumber ' But because of their kind attitude and their performance ,I will definitely call them out again when needed. One happy customer!! 4. Everything was perfect and fast 14. Called 1 Tom Plumber for a leak. Eddie came out with in 2 hours and after asking a few question got to work and diagnosed the problem. He gave a very competitive price and started the next day. The next day he arrived right on time with Mike and Bryan they started trenching. Eddie told me exactly step by step what they would be doing. Great communication from the entire staff. Eddie and Mike came the next day and finished the project which I could not be happier with. Eddie and Mike did and exceptional job. They are now my go to plumbers, along with many of my neighbors who came over to see what was going on in my front yard.
