Longer treatment time due to a serious trauma that brought me in originally. I mean I was there so long I'm surprised I wasn't invited to the Christmas party! I came in with some serious work to be done and Dr Chris took me on right away. I got a really good look at this office and everyone over the years. The turnover rate for staff is very low and most of the people I met my first appointment, were also there my very last appointment. That alone speaks volumes. The clinic is extremely clean, hygienic, and in proper working order all around. The girls up front were pleasant each appt over years of seeing them, always bearing a smile ready to help. Wait times were never bad and they even accommodated some "emergency" appts I would need every once in a while. And the environment was always very professional. I paid out of pocket for my services so it was not cheap whatsoever, but it was also very fair for everything I went through and needed. Dr. Chris was very good to me the whole way through and we collaborated on my case and it was very give and take since I was around so long, and we maintained a great Doctor patient relationship. He greatly respected my input on certain items and I, always his. I'd call him a friend at this point. My teeth came out 9/10 from the 0/10 I came in with, and the missing point is due to the nature of my injuries rather than failure of care. I'm extremely satisfied with the services all around and wouldn't go anywhere else if I needed to do it all again. Thank you Doctor Chris and everyone at smile hero for your commitment to my case. Over the last 3 years, we visited multiple orthodontists trying to find the right fit for my 15-year-old, but no office ever made us feel comfortable or confident enough to move forward with braces — until we found Smile Hero. From the very first conversation, Dr. Chris and his staff treated us with so much kindness, patience, and compassion. They took the time to really listen to our concerns, answer every question we had, and work together with us on a treatment plan that felt right for our family. We never felt pressured or rushed, which meant a lot to us after previous experiences elsewhere. Once we were all in agreement, they got started right away, and the entire process was smooth and encouraging from beginning to end. We walked out of the office with huge smiles and such a sense of relief knowing we finally found a team we could trust. Every single interaction we had — whether at the front desk, over the phone, or with the clinical staff — was filled with support, positivity, and genuine care. You can tell this office truly cares about their patients and creating a welcoming environment. Because of how amazing our experience has been, I’ve already made plans to come back for treatment for myself in the next few months.
