Client Testimonial Highlights RE: Trust Haven Solution: Great team. All the techs, I spoke with are courteous & efficient, so very helpful. They reassured me with their knowledge & demos that my issues were resolved. I will be a loyal customer & I highly recommend their services to all. BUYER BEWARE! These guys prey on the elderly. They talked my elderly father who has dementia into buying a 2 year "email security" contract, and then called back a month later to upsell him on a cisco firewall for 3 years. Total cost was over $5k and if you spent 30 seconds talking to him you'd realize he had no idea what he was buying and barely knows how to use his computer. I alerted Trust Haven the second I found out, and they promised to send a partial refund. Called again. Promised it was coming. Then 3 days later emailed that his contract is binding and no refunds will be provided. When we called back we were told billing doesn't speak to anyone outside the company and the supervisor had no pull. I am using service since last 4 four year never face any issue with tech and they timely check my computer happy with service, happy with TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION. I am taking service from TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION since last 3 years, I am happy with the service provided with them, technician are helpfull and polite. Technicians are very helpful and polite. They solve all my problems just in a one call. Thank you team. They helped me fix my pc I’m so happy i am satisfied with TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION and these people take care of my computer and provide me monthly service TRUST HAVEN SOLUTION PROVIDE ME GOOD SERVICE Service reps are very knowledgeable, very pleasant and informative.
