Amos Legal Service Feedback Summary Customer feedback summary: Amos Legal Service helped me prepare my quit claim deed after a real estate agent suggested it. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end. I have to say, the service of this notary service is incredibly inconsistent. I had zero interactions with the person whom I was referred to, until after the issues arose. Amos Law was very pleasant and helpful until I provided the necessary details and paid. After that, I received a PDF with a quick response, brief instructions, but not clear in-depth instructions. As instructed in the PDF, I went to a notary who said the form had blanks and missing sections. After I contacted Amos Law with no response, I called and left and followed up with an email. I didn't receive any help, and my call went directly to voicemail, including my email. I am very disappointed with this kind of experience as it has left a bad taste in my mouth. 1. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. I was referred to this service by a real estate agent to assist with a quit claim deed. I had several questions about the process, and after I paid, I was simply sent a PDF with instructions no explanation or support. When my brother went to the notary, we were told the documents were missing key information that should have been included. I tried reaching out for help but got no answer my calls went straight to voicemail. To note, I had never been able to reach him during regular weekday hours either. I left a voicemail explaining we were frustrated with the lack of communication and clarity. Instead of addressing the issue or taking accountability, he responded defensively. He blamed the notary, saying she was “out of her league” and didn’t know what she was talking about. When I expressed that I didn’t appreciate the tone or the way I was being spoken to because at that point, he was being reactive and unprofessional he hung up on me. This isn’t how clients should be treated, especially when dealing with sensitive legal documents. I genuinely hope others have a better experience, but based on mine, I can’t recommend this service. 2. Poor communication. Samnual gets confused, talks down to you, then shuts you out when hes in the wrong. Find a professional. This isnt a professional business. 3. Sam was great. He made the entire process seamless and easy to cooperate with. When a friend heard I was using Sam she told me she had also used him and she too thought he was great! I highly recommend his services for anyone in need. He answers all your questions and is thorough and professional. 4. I've gone to Samuel a few times now to get help with incorporating my businesses and he never disappoints! He's always on top of things and is happy to answer any questions I have. There have also been times where I need something done in a pinch and he's so quick and accommodating to make sure it gets done as soon as possible. Highly suggest him, you won't regret it! 5. Sam was my paralegal. He was the most professional yet friendliest individual. He made my divorce paperwork so stressless. He guided me through everything and was very patient with me. His follow up is superb as he contacted me on ever procedure that was taking place regarding the court. He made something that could be very stressful into something much easier to cope with. I would recommend Sam to anyone. He knows what he is doing, he is very organized and gets your paperwork filed quickly without errors. In my opinion Sam is THE BEST OF THE BEST. You will not be disappointed by having this man represent you. THANKS SAM FOR DOING SUCH A GREAT JOB REPENTING ME.
