Client Reviews: 1. This firm's inquiry to my case suffices, the rest is perhaps unimaginable. It is not only the wheat in the company that looks for shafted grains but probably everyone. I have a case with various tangible evidence of unlawful discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation, yet they went for wage and hour theft when I clearly stated that my issue is not about wage and hours. But my deceit was when I inquired about anticipated disability discrimination under FEHA to the intake specialist the staff said: at first glance, "You need to prove you have a disability with documentation" that statement flagged them. if they are completely ignorant and demonstrate a big difference between "actual vs perceived disability" it's time to run away. I lost over a month just asked the intake questions regarding brakes, lunch, etc. they were trying to fabricate a case probably worth $20k -$30k from a clear winner potential over $1.5M case. For the future claimant, you have to be specific about the forms in which your former employer was unfair to you, if you leave the staff to handle the intake you will regret like me who wasted several weeks where the staff are only prepared to fill the checkmark field with the automated prepared questions about wages and salary theft and are not keen on the main issues. 2. A highly deserved 5 star review. They go all the way to ensure that they deliver the best to their clients. Highly recommended! 3. Excellent service!
