I typically don't post about vendors publicly, but after exhausting our private resolution process, I feel compelled to share our C Squared Social experience. We can not recommend this small, family-owned “digital advertising agency” to anyone. My company hired C Squared to manage digital advertising campaigns. The results were terrible and included wasted ad spend and lack of accountability for the lack of results. Despite months of ad spend, the campaigns produced no meaningful results, lost our at $1,000 per month. Communication repeatedly broke down: I’d email to ask for a simple update and wouldn’t get a response. I would follow up within a week, and still nothing. Multiple times I followed up asking if our concerns had managed to get their attention, then the responses stopped entirely. My emails were falling on deaf ears, and I was forced to track down the owner's email and phone number after they stopped responding to my emails. After fulfilling our contractual commitment, we requested billing reconciliation. Despite having documentation and clear evidence of the engagement’s timeline and cost, we received numerous conflicting calculations and an entirely different explanation of the charges than originally provided. After reaching an agreement on a revised amount owed to us, communication abruptly stopped, and the funds we believe are owed have never reached our accounts.
