I called him two days later, he said he didn't have time and asked me to repeat the case. I get another attorney who answered the questions immediately. The other attorney was comprehensive without making me send him forms. He also told me the law code related to my case. Mark Never called back. I waited a few more days, and I missed his call. I had to call him. I explained what the other attorney had explained. He tried to convince me to use his services. He demanded $2500 for what I am still confused about. He charged me to explain to him what he should have told me. I paid him and he came with a letter. It was hardly anything related to my issue. I ended his service. He never called to explain anything. Go to any other attorney in Chico. 2. Mark said what I wanted to hear in a quick phone call. No need to set an appointment and charged fees. Refreshing! He pretends to listen to your case, charges you for more time than necessary to hear your case, acts like he will get back to you, then sends you a letter saying it's "infeasible" to represent you has the secretary Robin (she's good) send you a letter after stringing me along with a lengthy conversation a couple weeks prior over 1.5 hours. All the while he says he lacks the ability to do normal things like sending a pdf because he doesn't have expensive computer technology. Biggest scam I've been involved in with an attorney.
