Client Feedback Recap: 1. Firm should be selected with caution. My experience was horrible and expensive. Their lawyer assigned to my case wasn't prepared for trial twice. The conduct of the lawyer assigned to my case was inexcusable and incompetent. They may not have told me ahead of time, but they did give me a half-baked reason. Not only did the lawyer’s conduct make me lose trust, but the firm’s communication was always poor, and my concerns are always minimized. It is because of this experience that I would not recommend this law firm to anyone who wants a lawyer they can rely on and trust. UPDATE 12/16 I’m writing this review on behalf of a family member. Look at the response by the owner. First, he is assuming I’m from the opposing side…. It’s screaming guilt, unprofessionalism, and pettiness. Consider at your own risk. LET ME BE CLEAR HE IS DISHONEST2. Randy is the best lawyer. Randy helped me with all my legal challenges. He was honest and attentive. I’m happy that he represented me. And if I ever need a lawyer, I will call him without any doubts 3. I have used Mr Melendez on several occasions and have always been impressed with his service.
