I had a terrible experience at FAR EAST MASSAGE in Concord, California. I paid $110 for almost 2 hours of massage, which was supposed to be a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Unfortunately, it was anything but.
The massage therapist clearly did not want to be there. She even told me she was tired, and it showed in the quality of the massage. It was lackluster and far from the professional service I was expecting. To make matters worse, after the session, she asked me to tip her $20 to $30! I couldn't believe it, especially considering the poor service I had just received.
When I brought this up to the receptionist, Rossie, she apologized for the therapist's behavior, but that really didn't make up for the disappointing experience. If you're looking for a quality massage in Concord, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money.
