I was about two minutes into explaining my reasoning for needing a lawyer when the secretary handed the phone off to John Willbrand. I did not ask to speak with a lawyer, I was simply trying to ascertain if his law office would be an appropriate choice. John was VERY aggressive on the phone with me. Over the course of a few minutes I believe he only let me complete 1 sentence. In so many words he laughed at my case and told me it wasn’t worth his time, then abruptly hung up. I don’t know how someone can treat a potential client like that and call themselves a professional.
