He has spent 12 years as a Master Driver, supporting the U.S. Army in its transport activities. The P.O.S.T. re-certified him in 2010. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department certified him. In addition, the E.V.O. San Bernardino certified Frank in his sheriff department. Frank also served as Board President of Driving School Association of California. He served as Board President of Driving School Association of California (D.S.A.C.) from 2019 to 2021.
