Great experience from the first contact for an issue with our heat pump 2. Booking the appointment was easy and straightforward 3. I called in the morning and they offered an afternoon appointment the same day, flexible emergency availability is great and the tech was able to come even earlier (and called before doing so). 4. He was extremely friendly and informative 5. Quickly diagnosed the problem 6. Explained everything he was doing and what the problem was 7. Then explained what my options were 8. They gave me a quote to fix it which they didn't expect they can get until the next day 9. They had the part ordered and installed and our heat was up and running again by that evening 10. He made sure he showed me, the broken parts, upon removing the bad one 11. He came back the following day to check to be sure everything was running correctly and I was happy with the temperature 12. We are so happy we have heat again. 13.
