Very friendly and professional. Tech was incredibly knowledgeable and went through the unit explaining with me what was wrong, the part needed, and why it failed. My service was a year overdue to COVID. My original installer was not available and Blue Diamond came to the rescue. I signed up for their routine annual servicing and their work on my heating/cooling system was excellent. Thanks, Blue Diamond. Alecko was on time and provided professional spring bi-annual service on the HVAC system. Highly recommend! I understand why blue diamond has so many high reviews- they’re the best! Everyone that works there is fantastic- SO knowledgeable and kind. Junior and Ricky helped us so much- repaired our HVAC, installed a whole house dehumidifier (which many other companies won’t even do or know how to do properly) and gave us so much knowledge on how to improve our indoor air and have our system running perfectly. He was prompt courteous informative and upfront. He notified me of my service window and called me when he was 20 mins out. He inspected my Split Unit showed me where my problems were and provided me options on repair solution. No pressure but very effective in his knowledge of heating and AC which gave me confidence in my decision. I purchased their yearly maintenance package and have no regrets from it. Charles gave great detail regarding our system and recommendations. The Tech was on time, professional, and very detailed in his evaluation and tune-up! Escalade took the time to explain every aspect to me, and took pictures to help. Did not try to upsell me! Blue Diamond is a wonderful friendly company to work with. The technicians and office staff are always friendly and helpful. Everything looks and runs perfectly. Our technicians Gilberto, Ricky, and Oscar. All very friendly and did an excellent job. When they were done, we were shown how everything works and it was all easy to understand. We love the new AC unit, it’s way quieter than the last one. They left everything very clean in our garage and yard. They even alerted us on an unrelated issue with our washer that I would have never noticed had they not pointed it out. Everything was so well done I felt inclined to post a yelp review too haha. Gernan, Oscar, Junior Gilberto, Ricky did a great job taking care of my home when the job started. They guilted my attic of old ductwork and insulation, air sealed, installed new insulation and installed a phenomenal air for better air quality. It was a two day job, but the process was always communicated before, during and after the job. Our experience was what we expected as this was the reason we chose Blue Diamond from other estimates presented to us. We would like to thank Mario for educating me of what was the best combination that would address my families allergies and home comfort. Also, thanks to Donovan for accommodating scheduling and providing an assurance of the work being done professionally. I called them out to diagnose an issue with my ductless mini split system that had completely stopped cooling, and they went above and beyond what I expected. Brian and Ozzy were extremely thorough in their inspection and took the time to carefully evaluate the entire system and identified multiple installation-related issues that could be contributing to the problem. What I appreciated most was how clearly they walked me through everything. They explained what they were seeing, why it mattered, and how it could impact system performance and reliability. Brian also went above and beyond by reviewing each installation deficiency in detail and comparing it against manufacturer specifications, and providing me options moving forward. He helped me understand the situation and communicated everything with patience, professionalism, and making sure I am informed and confident about next steps.
