Chris was very professional, engaging, and did a Great job! I really appreciated being informed that Chris was on the way and the ETA of his arrival And I was even happier that he was on time. My husband and I are so pleased with the service and professionalism of Robert and Christian and frankly everyone involved. We had two new units put in a year ago May and the follow up service has been over the top. Robert and Christian were awesome! They remembered the install of the new unit almost a year ago. Was having an issue not getting any heat. Discovered the the filter was totally covered with construction dust from all the work I've been doing. Lesson learned, check your filter often! Thank you! I had a shower valve that required change out and the technician was timely, kept me informed of the process and took great care in completing the job. Chris, Did a great job at explaining what the situation was fixed the problem and discussed future options. No pressure and felt like he was a straight shooter. The guys did an incredible job. Very thorough he gave me 3 estimates, High, Medium and Low. Friar's is the first company that came out and did a thorough inspection and measurement of what is needed. At the end of the estimate he asked if I was willing to award the job to Friar's. I told him no, because I want to see what others are going to charge. I will go with the lowest bidder. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great job. He did a great job very thorough, honest and knowledgeable!! Chris troubleshot my furnace and *hopefully* fixed my short cycling issue. Thanks Chris!
