Client Feedback Overview: 1. Attorney Tien Duong dealt professionally with my complex case, guided me every step of the way as she is very knowledgeable in her field. A restraining order was filed against me, and with Tien's assistance on short notice, the case was dismissed. I felt contented and at peace.2. She is very disorganized. She was not prepared with my case during one of the appointments and asked me to look for my divorce documents on her desk. I have never seen such disorganization from a person during a client’s meeting. Also, conversation is tough with her because she always takes days before responding to me where I call her while her office goes silent, but she says that she is sick yet does not say so via text. She even left me waiting within her office for around an hour without any proper explanation and told me to wait. She was going to charge me for just sitting there WAITING; until I expressed dissatisfaction about wasting my time and money..I would understand if it was a family emergency for her to take off or a personal issue and ask to reschedule but you do not make a client wait during their time that they paid good money for your services, that is rude and disrespectful. She does not care about the customer and will waste their time if she can get away with it. In the end, I had to retain another attorney or risk losing my community assets with her.3.
