The attorney supported a conflict of interest that has caused a detrimental effect to her client to whom she was representing.3. Vanessa & Dre handled my case and was so disappointed with the counseling I received from them. The two lawyers will give you a satisfying view of your case during the paid consultation. They will make you believe that your case is outstanding, solid, and winnable to have you pay the retainer. However, you will see a different picture of the lawyers immediately after making the payment. They will ghost you for weeks without responding to urgent emails and voicemails. They will phantom bill you, fail to explain what they have billed you for, and request a billing review, which will be a ghost meaningless meeting that will take your money. Upon questioning their billing, they will drop you without notification, and later they will hold your case hostage. It will take a lot of follow-ups for them to release your case, and even after releasing, they will be communicating with the other party without your consent. They do not respect the client's request and will answer a question with another question to increase billable hours. I would prefer Burgess Law Firm for any legal representation as I have already sought services from them, and you will get value requested. NorCal AB is trap that will take your hard-earned money and give you stress.4. They are very knowledgeable and great attorney. Always returned my calls if I had any questions on the process. They would make sure that our family understood all the paperwork we had to sign by checking the verbiage. I would work with their office again and refer to friends and family.5.
