They praise her professionalism and the fact that she often goes above and beyond the care provided, from explaining their conditions and treatment options fully to providing them with resources or suggestions to help. She even diagnosed one, a misdiagnosed infection, and took great care of another, despite them being on the verge of a septic bacterial infection. Hidden responses note that most visits to the facility, which is a private practice clinic, involve little waiting time and cost more but that the service delivery and, consequently, the care improves.
