Feedback Highlights from Alluvial Dental Center: 1. Amazing experience! Welcoming, and can feel the moral and culture is the best! 2. Moved to Fresno and trying to find a dentist. This was the best so far despite the slight distance I live. The staff friendliest especially as I got to understand my insurance. Since I had a cleaning appointment, when I was told I had a cavity, I got it filled the same day. Life is hard so i was happy to get it over with. Also, one thing about this place is that they show you before and after photos. Thanks to Dr. Park and the other dental assistants! 3. I had a beautiful Doctor Man my dental hygienist, Michelle, and the kind of supporting staff. Lovely place, in-n-out fast, and most of all I'm a new client. I got a Saturday appointment within two weeks. Dropped my old dentist after missing an appointment. Took 6 months to reschedule. Bye Callister Dental! Love Alluvial Dental. 4. I went for my regular check-up at the office, and it has always been good. But this time it was incredibly good! Adrianna is the best. You can tell she takes her time and effort. Of the ten people who have done my teeth in my life, she was the best by a mile! Thank you 5. Not my regular dentist, I came in on a Friday evening because my dentist was closed for the weekend, and for some reason, I felt like it was an emergency. They saw me right away, and it turns out it wasn't as bad as I thought but still the dentist listened to what I had to say and gave me some future instructions. They took care of me, and I felt better after. Front desk staff super friendly even though my insurance was a nightmare, great dentist and hygienist. Thank you for all your help! 6. The staff from beginning to end was the best, I had a wonderful visit walked out of office with a new smile and a feeling of satisfaction I would recommend this office 100x100 times so glad I choose alluvial dental where the whole entire office is so personable ,caring and qualified . god sent staff. Thank you all again Carrie Rodriguez 7. I had sensitive teeth, and the Dr. was very gentle. 8. Dentist and hygienist were great; the front desk lady was very rude when I said I couldn't afford $480 of treatment and just wanted some done. I thought that was rude too; she made me explain my financial situation when it's none of her business. Can you please talk to her because that is so unprofessional and rude. 9. I have anxiety when it comes to the dentist office, and the staff did a great job explaining everything and making me comfortable. 10. Nice facility with friendly employee 11. Not so good experience for me. The assistant was nice, very chatty, but the doctor changed my treatment at the appointment. And I am not happy with my last bill. 12. I was in the office today, and I saw the same dentist twice, and his attitude is not good. He seems like he doesn't care for you. He suggested a root canal, and I could not get it done right away so I thought I come back and asked for something for the pain and swelling. I came to the pharmacy and to find out a OTC was sent over which I've taken and have not helped. I saw a dentist back in December, and she saw the same thing and was great, very sympathetic and gave antibiotics which helped a lot. I will not be coming back since it looks like this dentist does not care and is just rude. 13. I called to get an appointment, explained the situation, told them my child was referred out. The asked how she was with dentists, and she’s fine, she can sit through blood draws and not freak out, has had dental work done before no issues. Referral was because an adult tooth couldn’t be worked on at a children’s dentist. The X-ray tech was where the problem started, they use the old school big block hard plastic pieces for X-rays and it was too big for her mouth, she pressed down on the tooth that hurts hard enough to leave a CUT ON HER GUM! And she freaked out and said it hurt. So they put her in a room waiting for the dentist to come in and he didn’t even ATTEMPT to do anything, he immediately said she had to been sent to a specialist, and the reason they gave on the referral was that they attempted to use numbing agents whether local, inhalation, or sedation and none of them worked. Again, they didn’t even attempt to try a single thing. They lied on the referral paperwork, and now I have to wait for another place to be open and have availability so she can get her tooth fixed and stop being in pain. They also wouldn’t prescribe anything for pain nor antibiotics. I will absolutely never go to this place again. 14. I had an emergency my front tooth was cracked from a bike accident. They were able to get me in on a Saturday right away. The staff was amazing and friendly! The doctor did an excellent job explaining everything and giving me options. Would highly recommend! 15.
