He's unshakeable, strategic, and I yearned for him on my side. He let me know the facts straightforwardly and let me know what he could do, which allowed me to use that information to make good decisions. The team was straightforward with me, answered all my questions, and made the whole procedure painless. You can tell they do care and will fight for the best results. Highly recommend them both for anyone looking out for a strong law firm (5 stars). Poor communication, no follow up, and very disappointing customer service. Emails are not returned. Updates are hard to get. Even "emergency" appointments are backed out up to a week. I did not feel prioritized as a client. Don’t recommend firm. Highly disappointed with the service I received from this firm. First of all I was recommended a voucher by the QME doctor and they weren’t able to get it for me. Secondly, their customer service was not what was expected from a law firm. I called frantically advising I was getting fired from my job and to see if there was anything they can do but was told there was nothing to do, I found out later there was a form that needed to be submitted but that wasn’t done. Don’t even call and ask to speak to the attorney because he’s always in meetings and could never assist. Signed my settlement paperwork last year...
