Adam's answer to my liability concerns was very spot on. He sent me a draft on sunday night besides his busy schedule. They are good at following ups and making revisions in a timely manner. I reached out to Full Circle Business Law to inquire about drafting a shareholder agreement. While they were responsive, I found it difficult to get a clear sense of scope or cost without first committing to a paid consultation. As a small business owner comparing firms, I was hoping for more upfront transparency to help make an informed decision. Many firms today are able to provide a free initial consultation to outline scope and give a general estimate, and it’s disappointing to see that option wasn’t available here. For new business owners trying to keep costs manageable, having to pay a consultation fee before even understanding the likely cost of services feels like a barrier. Shushan and Adam and team were really amazing - setting up my corporation and NDA !!! Overall, I'm very happy with them!
