Throughout the past year, they have amazed me with their professionalism and quality of service. Right from the start, their pricing was extremely fair, which made a major investment feel more manageable. The whole team is professional and respectful, which is refreshing in today’s service industry. One thing that really stood out was their attention to detail and cleanliness. They were careful to use tarps and always wore shoe covers while working in my home, so there was no mess left behind. A technician from LG said the whole refrigerator door needed to be replaced because it is 10 years old. The problem is that the door is no longer available, because it is an old model. Luckily, I found Stanley. Incredibly, Stanley fixed the problem that an authorized LG technician cannot fix. Stanley only had to replace a component inside the refrigerator. This sounded so simple and obvious, but I guessed that even the OEM doesn’t have the skills and expertise that Stanley has. I am so happy to have my refrigerator back! Thank you Stanley, you saved me!12. Irvine Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Inc. are real pros and the best in Irvine at what they do. The team arrived within minutes of my call, diagnosed the issue with my HVAC unit and system, provided an estimate, and consulted on the type of equipment. The work was done with the utmost care and attention. I would not hesitate to call Stanley and his team whenever I have concerns about my system.13. My 1987 heater finally stopped working. It was running on but no heat for 3 days in early February! So, I had 3 companies come over for an estimate. Stan was very impressive. During the diagnosis, he spent about 5-10 minutes using his special device to see everything rather than just guess like the other 2 people. He showed me that the controller was broken. The other companies didn't do that. They either didn't even check it (they only wanted to replace the igniter which is fine and valve, which he correctly identified as fine again), or took over an hour to diagnose the same thing! Stan even told me the fan was noisy and needed a replacement. So, I decided to have my heater replaced instead of repairing it (since our furnace was showing the pros and cons on whether to get a heat pump). His partner Alex came in to install the heater and did a great job. This took from 8 am to noon, has a new heater and the noise is gone!
