Alex came out and checked it out and was very honest about what was needed. I felt he quoted a very fair price, but my mother-in-law wanted to price shop. After quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and a few other companies around the Irvine area, Alex was definitely priced the best, with a better product and backs up his work. It's nice to have people not try to take advantage of you and price-gouge. Bottom line, don't bother price shopping, I've already done it for you and he's the best. He did a great job!
