ABC Traffic Programs | DUI Program ABC Programs is a California State Licensed Drinking Driver Treatment Provider. We pledge to deliver the finest in education and counseling services to those convicted of DUI. Los Angeles County First, Second, and Multiple offender programs and Orange County First offender programs are available. In most cases, services are provided to individuals who have been ordered by the Court, County Probation, or State Parole Agency. However, they may also be taken on a voluntary basis. Clients must complete programs as specified by State Law. Where State Law and/or County regulations mandate the content and length of program, clients must complete the required program. Programs are available in English and Spanish. We have helped clients fulfill their court-ordered obligations for over 45 years and successfully regain their drivers' license with the DMV. Our accredited alcohol and drug programs are cost-effective, adaptable, and immediate, unlike other providers. First and Multiple Offender Programs are available at six locations in Orange and Los Angeles Counties. In most cases, services are provided to individuals ordered by the Court, County Probation or State Parole Agency, but may also be done on a volunteer basis. Program participants are required to complete programs as mandated by state law. Program length and content is determined by both state law and county regulations.
