Customer feedback summary: Trust is number one and is most important when providing a service. Lost my mom and trying to protect what she left me and my sister in probate court. I trusted professional document assistant with my case and felt we were on a good start, then I started noticing the service promised not meeting the required probate notes timely as promised. Email and phone calls not returned. response did not meet the courts request timely extending the probate court date out several times. Adding more cost and giving the other parties in the case the opportunity to object my filing for not responding timely. I will continue to protect my mom’s investments in probate court without professional document assistant services. I just cannot trust there services moving forward. She may be experienced in L.A. county, but not in any other county despite what she tells you.I have so much to say, but what I will say is after I paid Irene Carrillo to file my child custody paperwork she stopped answering my calls, voice messages, emails (with the exception of one email that she responded to tell me she hadn’t read the whole email I sent), and my in person visit. When I had a friend three way her office so she wouldn’t recognize my phone number; she finally answered on the first call with the excuse that the day I went to her office she left her car there, but went to a dog rescue so she wasn’t at the office all day. She was unaware that I parked my car at the Dutch bros right next to her office and watched her leave approximately 30 minutes after I left. I won’t even go into detail about how she didn’t help me, but just know she’s very nice until u start calling the courthouse yourself and catching her in her lies. I’m going to take the loss of $750 and nothing filed. I will do the work myself. Thank you Irene Carrillo for nothing. One last detail if she tells you she has all the paperwork in her computer bring your own paperwork and if she tells you she will file the paperwork for you, save yourself the trouble of the third party and file it yourself. That way you know it was filed. If not, you might get the same excuse I got…blaming the clerks for losing paperwork when in reality she hadn’t filed anything until approximately a week after she told me she would file it.
