Mr. Yeager made me comfortable with the update and changes. He recorded my house into the new Living Trust and made the changes with LA County. Thank You Mr. Yager your understanding, guidance, and professionalism. You explained everything and took my worries away. 2. If I could give Yeager Law a 6 star review in every category I'd do it. After much discussion with free probate attorneys in the LA County area, I hired this law firm to open a probate case when my mother passed away. Typically you would get a free 15 minute consultation with a law firm; Michael Yeager spent 90 minutes on the phone with me. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge, demeanor, and his willingness to answer all my questions without feeling rushed. We discussed the pros and cons of opening a Heggstad vs. Probate case (It's a long story) , and after much deliberation, it was mutually agreed upon, to proceed with a probate case. I made a decision to sell my mom's condo, and as it turns out, I needed to probate her real property, based on the fact that 50% of the property was held in a Living Trust ( I am the Successor Trustee) and 50% was held in her name only. My Step-Dad had passed away prior to my mom's death, and he had bequeathed his half to her. After his death, my mom and I, failed to put that half back in the Trust. Even though probate cases are much more expensive vs. a Heggstad case ( Statutory Attorney fees are set the State of California, not the lawyer) I had to do it. If your needing probate lawyer in the greater Los Angeles area, I highly recommend Yeager Law. Every time I called this firm, they answered my questions on the spot. Jennifer (Michael Yeager's highly efficient and knowledgably paralegal) was always so friendly and nice) If I sent them an e-mail, it was handled, usually within 30 minutes (not like other firms stating we will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours). If you want personalized attention, and the expertise of the Industry, hire Yeager Law! In the near future, I will be hiring Yeager Law to open up a Living Trust for my wife and I, so my daughter won't have to go through what I just went through with my mom's passing. 3. My family came to this law office for a power of attorney, health directive, and change of name on a home. Michael Yeager is a very through attorney. He was very well organized and completed the work in a timely manner. He’s very well informed and he listens to his clients’ needs. I have a great deal of respect for the way he practices law. He’s very ethical and honest. I would highly recommend him for any estate planning. 4. Michael created for us a very detailed Estate Trust, Will, POA and Health Care documents, amongst other things. We so appreciate the professional care and exceptional service we have been provided. Michael is easy talk to, listens intently, remembers, and addresses any concerns, and takes the time to explain everything and answer all questions. We could not have been more pleased with the professional services this firm has provided to us. Everything is done in house and the entire process was far easier than I thought it would be. We now have peace of mind that everything in our estate and healthcare wishes are well documented and easy for our successors to manage, when the time does come. If you are looking for an estate planning attorney this is the place! Tell them I said hello and thank you! 5. My wife and I were looking for an Estate Attorney to draw up our Estate Plan and Trust. After reading several reviews we decided to give Yeager Law a try. After meeting with Michael and reviewing what we needed/required and what could be skipped we decided this was the place!
