Right from the initial interview with Sherene, she made sure to introduce herself and explain how she works with clients. She did a great job of explaining the process and what to expect throughout thoughout the entire process. She was clear and detailed in her explanation of everything that we would need to do and what we would expect from her, very important to us. In the days after the interview, Sherene was always available and extremely helpful and fast to respond to all my questions, of which there were many. She managed to stay a step ahead of the process which always gave me great comfort and confidence in the decision-making process. Trust was a significant factor for me as this was a substantial financial decision and I felt Sherene was honest and had my best interest at heart. Sherene was very patient and was never bothered by my questions, no matter how often they were. This level of support and responsiveness made me more confident and calm during the process and assured me that I was in good hands.
