I can't tell you how thankful I was and how hard this guy works! So amazing! Joseph (Joe) did an amazing job selling our single family home in Lodi. We were relocating and he handled everything in California so I could move and get settled in our New home without having to worry. We needed to sell our home for as much money as possible fast and he got us over asking without us ever having to lift a finger. He handled all of the arrangements with contractors and everyone else we had to work with to get the house prepped and sold. Can't recommend him enough! We worked with Joe Delima the past few months. He sold our home in Lodi for over asking and helped us purchase a home in Livermore. Both were very smooth, and helped us mind the gap in between the 2 transactions. We purchased under asking in Livermore. He was always reachable and worked to make the transition as convenient as possible for our family because we have 3 small children it can be difficult. I was initially apprehensive about the housing search as I was a first-time buyer facing in an aggressive housing market in the middle of the pandemic. Joseph made me feel at ease at all steps of the process: before the sale, during the sale (had a 25 day escrow which was remarkably a smooth process) and even after the sale. He is very patient and it did not feel like you were being rushed. As a scientist am a naturally inquisitive person and was appreciative of Joseph willingness to share his knowledge about the process, the neighborhoods we visited and home construction/remodeling information, all without ever once being patronizing. He is cool and calm in almost any situation which fits with my personality. I found him to be thoughtful, honest, and thorough in answering my questions. I was fortunate to have him as my real estate agent. We started looking before the vaccines and during the COVID case surges. Joe followed all COVID protocols in place at the homes we visited wiping all doorknobs we touched and even had his own hand sanitizers/gloves/booties for us to use in his bag. This of course is for the current time (and hopefully not something future home buyers need to worry about) but to me it demonstrated his commitment to making his clients feel at ease and cared for. I was not his only client but he made me feel like I was! It is his dedication to his clients that makes Joe stand out. He went out of his way to accommodate my busy work schedule, taking me out to see houses sometimes late in the evening or on the weekends in between my experiment incubations, and taking phone calls/writing offers sometimes late in the evening. I know this aggressive market/pandemic restrictions meant more work for him, yet he was incredibly optimistic and easy-going throughout the entire process. He has an unfaltering warm personality and friendly demeanor. I’ve been in my new house for a few months now and am very satisfied with the purchase. Even after the sale Joseph’s outstanding customer service continues. He has called to check to see how things are going and to offer recommendations when I’ve needed them (e.g. carpet/flooring). He always does it all with a smile on his face. I could not have asked for a better realtor. I highly recommend Joseph and the DeLima Real Estate Group!
