Totalis Energy constructs and manages investments in tax-credit incentive renewable energy, real estate, and developments. With over 400 renewable energy and real estate projects at various stages of development, Totalis' means exceed $500 million. Totalis has developed low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC), new market tax credit (NMTC) properties, and HUD Section 8 property for the 40 years its principals have collaborated, with more than $3 billion in LIHTC tax credit projects. Totalis also offers renewable energy to consumers at no extra cost. Totalis offers on/off-grid solar photovoltaic and solar hot water as well as car charging and LED lighting for buildings, apartments, schools, shops, commercial centers, and large-scale electricity consumers, such as hotels. Our projects are built by experienced renewable energy technology installers who are licensed contractors. Each project produces revenue via different incentive programs and the sale of electricity to tenants and building owners. Property owners would get income from covered parking as well as a portion of the power sold.
